Soul Mentoring
My Soul Mentoring is based on the ancient practices of spiritual direction and spiritual guidance found in many faith traditions.
Soul mentoring helps deepen your connection to yourself and to God/sacredness and to understand and attend to what your soul needs, whether you are religious or not.
Deeply listening to the soul and its desires, noticing the sacred dimension in your life, and cultivating your inner wisdom helps in the search for a life of meaning and purpose.
Soul mentoring supports you in:

Spirituality is universal. I support people from all faiths, religions, and backgrounds.
I have worked with Jews, Christians, Buddhists, Sufis and spiritual individuals who don’t identify with any religion.
Being Jewish, I can help respond to the growing desire of fellow Jews to develop a deeper spiritual life within Judaism. The Hebrew term for spiritual mentoring, hashpa’ah (השפעה), is from the same root as shefa (שפה) which means “abundant Divine flow”.
