Just Released! Sacred Relaxation- a new meditation CD.
Sacred Relaxation includes an introductory track about how to meditate and keep a practice sustainable. There is a track with a sacred chant to ease you into your meditation followed by a guided meditation track with a short and longer version.

Blessing is a collection of Hebrew chants and niggunim (wordless prayer melodies). Using the simple sound of my voice, I offer healing, a container for prayer and meditation, or just for relaxing.
